Returns:
We will accept returns with an authorization ONLY, if
merchandise is NEW and returned within 10 days of order date.
There is a 25% restocking charge on all returns.
Please do NOT return merchandise without authorization, your
merchandise
will be lost and credit cannot be issued. If you refuse
and order, there will be a 25% restocking charge in addition to
round trip shipping charges. Special orders are
non-refundable. Shipping/Handling and Small Order Charges
are non-refundable.
Shipping Information:
Plastic Cafeteria Tray orders usually leave the warehouse
within2-4 business days.
If you choose express shipping as your order shipping method,
the order will ship on the next business day.
If your order exceeds the UPS Guidelines and must ship via
Common Carrier, we will contact you with a quote. The
shopping cart calculates UPS shipping only.
Order Payments:
We accept Visa MasterCard and American Express. We do
not accept Checks. If you selected to pay by Money order.
